We are seeking trainee/assistant Building Control Surveyors to join our growing teams in the South East, London and East Anglia.

Candidates should preferably possess suitable qualifications with a minimum of HNC/HND or alternatives and experience in a similar construction related role. Although applications from suitable candidates who exhibit an aptitude for developing in a Building Control Surveyor role will also be considered. We will fully support and fund the successful candidates in progressing with qualifications towards full Building Control Surveyor status.

The main duties will include:

• Working with our surveyors on quotations and potential project enquiries
• Assisting surveyors with plan checking and inspections under supervision where required
• Working with our administration team Initial Notices submissions and consultations
• Contact with potential and existing architects and other clients
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Inputting and updating our database records
